16 years old Canadian racing driver Marco Kacic is the 2019 F4 Formula Pro USA Champion. Marco was born in Kelowna, BC, Canada and has been racing all over North America since the age of five. Marco has secured several karting championships over the years and has established himself as one of the top junior kart racers in North America. Last year he made his rookie formula car debut in the Canadian Formula 1600 championship and was the youngest driver in the series. His first year in formula car competition had several highlights Marco had one pole position, set two track records, had three fastest laps and finished fourth out of thirty-two drivers at the Montreal F1 Grand Prix support race.
Marco is an extremely dedicated young man. Due to his racing commitments, Marco does his studies online and attends the Canadian Sports School. The Canadian Sports School is designed for pre-professional athletes and aspiring Olympians. Marco spends at least four days a week working on his physical fitness training and five days a week practicing on a racing simulator. Marco’s dedication and focus, on and off the track, is very impressive. When Marco made the move to formula cars, he made the decision to focus and dedicate his life to becoming a professional racing driver. Marco is fully aware that in order to achieve his goals he needs to dedicate himself off track, perform on the track, and become proficient in the art of promotion. Creating his own brand and providing a platform on social media to promote his sponsors is something that Marco works on every day.
